My only comment is to refrain from a black pocket square if it matches the tie too much. I’d instead opt for a white one that matches the shirt instead. It’s more classic and will rein in the forward-fashion look with something conventional. Personally, a burgundy suit sounds more like something to wear as cocktail attire.

Also, some venues may not accept entry if you don’t have one either so you might want to check ahead. If it’s indeed a tuxedo in dark grey, you’ll probably be able to get away with it!
