For men, smart casual usually requires a jacket or blazer teamed with chinos or corduroys. This is worn with a shirt and smart shoes which could be lace-ups or loafers. Ties aren’t necessarily required and jumpers could be worn over the shirt for chillier days. For women, a Morning Dress code isn’t specific but implies something smart and chic. If you’re attending a church wedding, it’s considered good etiquette to keep your shoulders covered.
